The foundation and pride of our concept is lievito madre ā€“ our own wheat sourdough, which gives the slowly risen dough lightness, fluffiness and unmistakable taste. This makes every piece of sourdough pizza literally a work of art. In addition to pizza and pasta, gelato is also an integral part of Italy. That is why we have expanded our offer to include genuine Italian gelato, which we make from first-class ingredients according to traditional Italian family recipes.
