Traditional Georgian dish – juicy meatball with aromatic spices, baked in lard, which gives it a crispy texture and an unusual aroma. Served with mashed potatoes and barberry sauce.
Ingredients: beef, pork, onion, garlic, barberry (berries), potatoes, butter, cream, pomegranate, lard (caul fat / diaphragm).
